Are you at your new location?
Yes! We are excited to now be located at 4125 N. 124th Street, Suite J in Brookfield . And our phone number is still 414.771.1228.
What should I do when I arrive at my appointment?
Please stay in your car and call our office when you arrive. A member of our staff will come out to greet you and complete our screening process before escorting you inside. Don’t forget your mask, but if you do, we have them available for our patients.
What have you put in place to protect your patients and staff?
Glad you asked! We start out your appointment with a comprehensive screening process at your vehicle to reduce possible exposure in the waiting room. We are asking that all our patients and staff wear a mask to aid in the prevention of transmitting the virus. We have installed new HEPA filtration units in each of our operatories. All of our surfaces and areas of possible contamination are thoroughly sanitized after each patient, including our front desk areas. Clear panels have also been installed in our patient waiting areas. As always, our office follows all the CDC, OSHA, ADA & WDA’s standards and protocols for infection control as well as adding additional PPE (personal protection equipment) for our doctor and staff.
Have your fees increased?
NO. Dr. Harris is committed to providing quality dental care to all her patients and understands that everyone has been affected in numerous ways from this pandemic. We also are mindful of changes with patients’ financial situations and have systems in place to address those concerns as well. Thank you for your support and patience!
Do you still offer your Benefits Plan?
Yes! Check out our Benefits Plan page for more information or, ask our front desk staff when you call to make your appointment and they can answer any questions you may have.
Are you taking new patients?
Definitely. Please help us spread the word - tell your family and friends about us! We value your kind words and support of our practice and look forward to adding more members to our dental family. Due to the pandemic, we are booking out quickly. Thank you for everyone’s patience in reserving appointment times.
I haven’t received my reminder postcard. Are you still sending those out?
We are currently looking into services that offer automatic email and text reminders and hope to have something in place soon. At your next appointment, please remember to update your information with our staff. Even though the postcards will no longer be utilized, you will still receive a phone call and/or email reminding you of your appointment a few days prior. Just let us know your preference!
Thank you to all our patients for their kind referrals and continued support as we move forward with our new normal!
