By now, many patients have heard that beginning January 3, the transition from Copoulos Dental to a new practice, Harris Family Dental, will begin. Dr. Dean will remain practicing part time through March and will then retire from dentistry. Dr. Dean has graciously decided to pass the torch to me, Dr. Heather Harris. It’s been such an honor working with Dr. Copoulos at the practice for the past 2.5 years and I wish him the best.
For those of you whom I haven’t met yet, I’d like to share a little bit about myself. I grew up in the Milwaukee area and graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2008. I coach soccer on the weekends and am involved in many different community service programs including Habitat for Humanity and Mission of Mercy. I’m excited to continue the great dental care that each of you has come to expect from Dr. Dean.
I practice general dentistry but also have a special interest in Pediatrics and Orthodontics. I will begin to offer comprehensive Orthodontic treatment at the practice in January. Like Dr. Dean, I have a preventive and yet conservative philosophy of practice. I truly believe in educating my patients about their general oral health and offering treatment to improve those needs. Thank you to everyone that has made this transition exciting, joyful and smooth. I can’t wait to meet all of you!
